  • Valid Monday - Friday: 10am - 8pm; Saturday - Sunday: 11.30am - 5pm. Not valid on Public Holidays.
  • Prices displayed inclusive of GST.
  • SIM card expiry date: Dec 31, 2018.
  • Pre-activation required. Customers must provide travel date.
  • SGD5 top-up for call time, unlimited texts, and data in Canada and Mexico, payable to outlet directly.
  • The SIM cards are preloaded with the value necessary.
  • Top-ups or additional payments to the telco are optional unless additional services are required.

Refund policy (provided by Travco World Events)

  • Refunds are only provided if the SIM card cannot be detected by the phone while overseas.
  • Customers must call the helpline immediately for a refund. Refund requests after returning from the trip will not be entertained
  • Courtesy refunds are provided if the trip is cancelled, and sufficient proof must be provided (i.e. original cancellation confirmation from Airline/Travel Agency)
  • All refunded cards must reach Travco World Events within 1 week of claim submission, otherwise the claim will be deemed void and invalid. SIM cards that are within 1 week of their stated expiry date will not be accepted
  • All refund claims must go through the Support Helpline. Refunds are a final resort, staff will attempt to provide solutions to any issues prior to providing a refund.
  • Refunds will not be provided if:

    • SIM card is pre-activated and inserted in the phone.
    • Customers have paid top-ups and additional payments without first consulting the Support Helpline.
    • The SIM card is returned without the original packaging intact. Do not throw away the SIM Card or plastic packaging around the SIM.The SIM card returned in bad condition (e.g. only a partial SIM portion of the SIM card)
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund request if you return only the partial SIM portion of a SIM Card.
